STATIC AFFILIATES are reserved for places we are listed on, or sites that have been active for a period longer then two months and are still going strong. we will also accept them if you are putting us as a static affiliate on your board.
MARQUEE AFFILIATES can be anyone
SCROLLING AFFILIATES can be anyone
